By purchasing my services of art and/or design, you automatically agree to the following conditions.

• Art is for personal use by default. Please ask me beforehand or select the commercial art option on VGen if you want to use my art for commercial purposes so we can reach a deal.
• Do not edit my art under any circumstances. If you want something minor changed about an adopt or illustration, let me know and I'll tell you if I can accomodate the request and the fee it'll cost.
• Don't offer unless you're serious about wanting the adoptable. Do not rescind offers/bids. Do not offer if you cannot pay for it.
• Do not ghost me on payment. If you cannot pay anymore, let me know. I don't bite!
• You may alter the design slightly, but not enough to be unrecognizable. Please contact me about major alterations. If you edit a design, do it on a new piece of art.
• You may not sell my designs for higher than you bought it unless it has additional art. For free designs (such as those won in raffles), please do not sell them for monetary worth until they have added commissioned art or three pieces of added personal art.
• I reserve the right to post my art/design in my gallery for any reason, including and foremostly self-promotion.
• Do not delete my designs under any circumstance. If you no longer want the character, trade it, sell it, or give it back to me as a last resort.
• I'd PREFER if you did not private my designs. If you wish to private a design, I would love to still have access to it, be with being authorized or having a key. It's fun for me to see what people do with my designs, but I won't hunt you down if you private them. Just a matter of courtesy.
• You may not claim my work as your own.
• Payments are through PayPal or Ko-Fi only.
• Prices are base estimates and may change with complexity.
• Payment is received after approval of the sketch of the piece, after which you can no longer change or add anything major. If alterations are to be made, inform me as soon as possible after the sketch preview is sent. Sketch commissions are paid upfront.
• Depending on what I have to do, commissions can be delivered as little as within the day to as long as two months. The most realistic time frame is 1-3 weeks, though.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission at any time.

By interacting with me, you agree that issues must be addressed privately first. I'm always willing to find solutions, and expect the same courtesy from you.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS WHEN INTERACTING OR PURCHASING FROM ME WILL RESULT IN A WARNING OR POSSIBLE PRIVATE BLACKLISTING.
